Frequently asked questions

How do I know if I need a hearing aid?

An audiometry and an evaluation with the specialist are needed.

How do I prepare for a hearing test?

You only need to come with clean ears. The test does not hurt and is not uncomfortable.

After my hearing aids are fitted, how long does follow-up last?

Hearing aid fitting does not end the day we hand it to you. Hearing certain sounds again takes a period of adjustment and, for some people, fine-tuning until we reach a result that is right for you.

During follow-up we can check how you are hearing, solve any difficulties and make the necessary adjustments based on your hearing and your needs.

The length of follow-up depends on each patient, their hearing loss and the type of hearing aid used.

Our goal is not just for you to wear a hearing aid, but for it to truly help you hear and communicate better.
